Masood started his career as finance professional with Beecham. He had held positions of CFO in Upjohn, Pharmacia, GSK & vice President Operations Pfizer before embarking on his role as Regional Compliance Officer with Schering-Plough.
Masood had significantly contributed in several merger and integration activities of giant pharmaceutical organizations which provided him unique opportunities of managing people, strategies and processes integration and shaping the corporate culture.
Masood has been intimately involved in the evolution of Pharmaceuticals industry’s compliance environment in challenging markets in Asia.

Hervé joined GSK in June 2008 as SVP and General Manager of GSK France from Sanofi-Aventis where he was General Manager for Commercial Operations in Germany. Before that, he was with the Sanofi-Aventis Group in the United States where he was Global Franchise Head in Global Marketing and a Business Unit Head in the US local subsidiary.
Previously, Hervé worked with the Fournier Group holding a variety of positions both in France and abroad. Hervé was Chairman of the LEEM (Association of the French Drug Companies) after holding a position on the Board since 2008. He was also President of the LIR (Laboratoires Internationaux de Recherche), a French Think Tank consisting of 16 International Research-Based Pharmaceutical Companies”.

Ted also chairs EY Americas’ ethics board and sits on EY’s Global Risk Management Executive Committee and the Global Practice Group.
